Swanland Festivals
The first Swanland Festival was on 2000 and there has been one every two years since then. It normally takes place in early July, coinciding with the long established Swanland Open Gardens, which now forms part of the Festival.

Swanland Festival 2012 took 2 people to produce; 60 people to organise the 35 events; backed up by over 100 helpers. We estimate that well over 1,000 attended during the 11 days and, despite the vagaries of our summer weather, not one event had to be cancelled. For the whole of the period from 5th to 15th July, there was a buzz of activity around the village and we hope that everyone enjoyed the regular and the new events.
